OrganisatieMultinational based in LeidenJob DescriptionThe Sales Manager Fabric & Household Care EMEA reports directly to the Director EMEA & Global Key Account and works in close collaboration with the colleague Sales Managers.You would be directly responsible for several accounts and also the following: Responsible for important distributors and regional key accounts within the EMEA Fabric & Household Care team Builds and maintains existing and new customer relationships Maximizes customer satisfaction as well as customer understanding. Creates a reliable network in the different market segments and regions. Gathers and analyzes market and competitor information. Communicates within the team and applies to manage assigned accounts. Coordinates multi disciplinary teams, consisting of, application, logistics, industrial management, production and marketing in order to optimize customer service. Builds internal networks within our clients company. Develops and implements account plans, negotiates price and sales conditions, prepares sales reports. Provides forecast information used for the sales and operation process. Provides qualitative and quantitative input for internal processes and projects. Operates as a challenger within the team, by leading by example. Accountable for his/her actions and is familiar with risk assessments when looking at new challenges.Job RequirementsWe are looking for someone who has the following: University level (Economics/Business Science) or HBO + relevant experience. 2-5 years of relevant sales experience (consultative selling). Good knowledge of sales and purchasing processes in an international environment. Fluent in English; knowledge of German would be an advantage. Willing to travel 40% of time.Salary and BenefitsAn attractive salary, with bonus scheme (25% OTE), health insurance and pension scheme offered. Company car, mobile and laptop are provided by our client. Flexible working hours, 25 holidays and 9 ADV days.
